Treasurer

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Voting member of the HOA Board.
• Control checks and payments distributed by the HOA.
• Treasuer Elect is a 1 yr term, followed by 1yr as Treasurer
• Oversee dues invoicing process.
• Attend monthly meetings and give status update of HOA funds.
• At the end of the first year, duties of the Treasurer will be transferred to the Treasurer elect, and Treasurer Elect will serve the coming year as Treasurer.
