To act as voting members on the Board for the Association/Neighborhood.
To help collectively establish policies, plans, and procedures for the association; manage, and support the association’s president and support the association’s officers; ensure regular communication with association members; and help to discuss and evaluate the issues that may arise while on the board. |

Responsibilities and Tasks
|
- Voting member of the HOA Board
- Attend board meetings, read material in advance, ask questions, make informed decisions.
- Declare all possible conflicts of interest.
- Become knowledgeable about the association.
- Act in the best interest of the association.
- Assume board leadership roles when asked
