Responsibilities and Tasks
|
- Voting member of the HOA Board.
- Control checks and payments distributed by the HOA.
- Treasuer Elect is a 1 yr term, followed by 1yr as Treasurer
- Oversee dues invoicing process.
- Attend monthly meetings and give status update of HOA funds.
- At the end of the first year, duties of the Treasurer will be transferred to the Treasurer elect, and Treasurer Elect will serve the coming year as Treasurer.
