Responsibilities and Tasks

• Voting member of the HOA Board.
• President Elect is a 1 yr term, followed by 1yr as President
• Serve as Presiding Officer of the HOA Board.
• Hold annual HOA general meeting to update members and residents.
• Review annually the rules, policies and procedures of the communities governing documents, so that they can remain up to date.
• Attend monthly meetings to discuss the on-goings of the communities’ budgets, and subcommittee chairs.
• At the end of the first year, duties of the president will be transferred to the president elect, and President Elect will serve the coming year as President.
